Trade show displays are a great way to showcase your company, people, products, and services. They can be displayed during seminars or presentations and in your company’s lobby when not being used at an event.
A good trade show booth can be used for many years and is able to be updated as needed. It should be portable and easily shipped from one place to another. Most importantly, your display should stop prospects as they walk down the aisles of industry events. One way to do this is with fabulous fabric trade show booths made here in Virginia.
Fabric graphics offer the best combination of intense color, superb resolution, and excellent durability. They are much lighter in weight; have a more upscale look; and are more durable than laminated, rigid, or vinyl. They are also machine washable and can be ironed or steamed to remove wrinkles.
Use fabric panels to define your space, reinforce your brand, and create excitement. Fabric can be draped, folded, hung, or wrapped to create unique shapes for columns, enclosures, tower and banner structures. It can serve as a projection surface for rotating logos, messages, or images.
Some options to consider when choosing your fabric graphics are:
- Color – Color affects our perceptions of a space, so work with a graphic designer to choose your colors carefully.
- Fire Rated – Fabrics used for display, exhibit and event purposes should always be chemically treated with a fire rating or resistance.
- Graphics – Emphasize a theme that will be consistent in all the graphics. Large photographs of people using or benefiting from your product or service send the strongest message.
- Lighting – Fabric can be front or backlit for dramatic overhead signage.
- Text – Graphic imagery tends to be more compelling than a lot of text. Try to state your message in ten words or less. Use logos or text sizes that can be seen clearly from 20 feet away.
- Types of fabric – Knit fabrics generally offer the best wrinkle fighting characteristics, while woven fabrics tend to wrinkle a little more. Fabrics are available in a number of finishes and weights from sheer to opaque, shiny to matte, canvas-like to soft and silky, single and double sided.
Fabric trade show booths are bright, easy to transport, economical, and dramatic. Use fabric graphics for your company’s next trade show display and I know it will look fabulous!
