4-Are they flexible creative problem solvers?  By this I mean, not only do they have great graphic designers on staff, but does the graphics company handle creative solutions with a variety of output options which gives you options within  your budget?  How about creative solutions to accommodate your time deadlines? Do they think outside-the-box?

5-Customer satisfaction is paramount above all else.  How does the company stand behind their product?  Resort not only to viewing their portfolio, but review customer testimonials.
